Private Consultations

Whether you're dealing with a recent injury, persistent pain, or a long-standing condition that hasn't responded to treatment elsewhere, a private physiotherapy consultation offers you dedicated, one-on-one time to get to the root of the problem. Each session is tailored entirely to you — your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. A physiotherapist can assess your movement, identify contributing factors that are often overlooked, and design a hands-on treatment and exercise plan that progresses with you. Private consultations give you the continuity and personalised attention needed to achieve lasting results, not just short-term relief.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Physiotherapy plays a vital role in supporting NDIS participants to build capacity, improve function, and live as independently as possible. Whether the focus is on mobility, strength, pain management, or developing the physical skills needed for daily living, a physiotherapist works collaboratively with participants, their families, and support teams to set meaningful goals and track progress. Services can be delivered in the clinic, at home, or in the community — wherever works best for the individual. NDIS physiotherapy is about more than treatment; it's about empowering participants to engage more fully in the activities and routines that matter most to them.

Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA)

Veterans and current defence personnel often carry the physical toll of service — whether from acute injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, or the long-term effects of demanding physical work. DVA-funded physiotherapy provides eligible veterans with access to high-quality, ongoing rehabilitation without out-of-pocket costs. A physiotherapist can help manage pain, restore movement, improve strength, and support recovery from both physical and neurological conditions. Treatment is approached with an understanding of the unique demands that service places on the body, and with genuine respect for the resilience and commitment of those who have served.

Home Care Packages/Aged Care

Maintaining strength, balance, and mobility becomes increasingly important as we age — and physiotherapy can make a profound difference in helping older Australians remain safe, independent, and active at home. Through a Home Care Package, physiotherapy services can be delivered directly in the home, making access easy and keeping treatment relevant to real daily life. A physiotherapist can assess fall risk, provide targeted exercise programs, assist with mobility aids, and work on the specific physical challenges that affect comfort and independence. The goal is to support a better quality of life and help older individuals stay in the environment they know and love for as long as possible.

Comprehensive Third Party Insurance (CTP)

If you've been injured in a motor vehicle accident, physiotherapy is a cornerstone of recovery. CTP-funded physiotherapy provides access to treatment for musculoskeletal injuries such as whiplash, back and neck pain, joint injuries, and soft tissue damage sustained in a crash. A physiotherapist will conduct a thorough assessment, create an individualised rehabilitation plan, and guide you through recovery with hands-on treatment and progressive exercise. Early intervention is key — the sooner rehabilitation begins, the better the outcomes. Throughout the process, your physiotherapist liaises with the relevant insurer and treating practitioners to ensure your care is coordinated and your recovery is well supported.

Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)

A Functional Capacity Assessment is a structured, evidence-based evaluation that measures an individual's physical ability to perform tasks relevant to daily life, work, or specific activities. FCAs are commonly requested by insurers, employers, and legal representatives to gain a clear and objective picture of a person's current functional abilities and limitations. A physiotherapist conducting an FCA will assess strength, mobility, endurance, posture, and task-specific performance in a systematic and impartial way. The findings are documented in a comprehensive report that can inform funding decisions, workplace modifications, treatment planning, or legal proceedings — providing clarity for all parties involved.
